What is a good quality backpack that will hold a winter sleeping bag ?
I’m looking for a good quality backpack with plenty of room for an extended stay. I would like one that a winter sleeping bag would fit, and room for my Kelty Quartz 4 tent. And still have room for other things I would need.
The Gregory palisade 80 will hold all your gear and then some.

What I would do though is use gear at a place that sells packs and load them up and try it out, you may find a smaller lighter pack that will meet your need.
